For 25 years Mike Lovejoy has completed many challenging projects ranging from heavy industrial to light commercial. Industrial projects have ranged from precision machined parts to production sized multi-million dollar capital expansions and improvement projects. Commercial experience has included design, project administration, and commissioning for Office Buildings, Geothermal Systems, Institutional Facilities, Restaurants, Kitchens, Warehouses, Fuel Oil Systems, Museums, Call Centers, Manufacturing Buildings, Steam and Hydronic Systems, Apartment Complexes, Swimming Pools, Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, Laboratories, Schools, Boiler and Chiller Replacement projects, Historically Sensitive projects, and numerous other types of projects.
Patricia Lovejoy
Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the legal, security, and intelligence fields. She started her legal career writing and reviewing contracts for businesses and government entities, including tribal governments. Since then, she has focused her professional efforts on investigations and intelligence seeking, with the goal of protecting and safeguarding sensitive and critical information. This has given her extensive experience in engaging with the public in the furtherance of business and security concerns. She is well versed in international law, with a specific interest in how to merge and streamline relations between foreign individuals and companies, making international business opportunities easier to realize for small businesses and individuals. She believes that increasing international business cooperation is essential for future economic development.
Yauheni Dounar
Yauheni Dounar started his career in Belarus and provided HVAC design for Belarusian and Russian customers. He is now a member of our team, and has expanded his area of expertise into plumbing. He is experienced in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Among his completed projects are Office Buildings, Restaurants, Warehouses, Residential Buildings, Data Centers, Manufacturing Buildings, Swimming Pools, Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, Hydronic Systems, Boiler Rooms and Chiller Stations.
Wesley Silva
Wesley Cecilio Silva started his career performing maintenance on water and electrical systems in Brazilian homes and companies. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering, and worked on the maintenance and installation of HVAC systems. He managed systematic management procedures to ensure quality in the delivery of products and services. He expanded his knowledge with a Master's course in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on energy efficiency. He is experienced in modeling thermal energy systems for the purpose of commissioning and sizing HVAC systems. Currently, he has research under development with the aim of improving the use of energy sources.
